`	lovewriter , October 25, 2009 (view all comments by lovewriter) A mysterious cat (in a hat!) comes to visit while the children's mother is away; much to the annoyance of the pet goldfish! Such a wonderful book and one that I still remember many years after I first read it. This is one of my favorite Dr. Seuss books and it's written in a format that will have kids eager to read!
