Now that 'major Priestley, Captain Vidal, and Captain Lauder, have been permitted to return to this country after a prolonged detention in Germany still unexplained, the Government Committee on the Treatment by the Enemy of British Prisoners of War are in a position to submit for the consideration of His Majesty's Government their report upon the conditions of the Camp at Wittenberg during and prior to the epidemic of typhus which devastated it in the first six months of 1915.
