Wealthy enclave of girls at a private school meet the bad boys who were sent to Rookwood School. Jenna and Adam are the main characters and the narrators and their world is rocked when a friend is murdered near Rookwood. Most of the characters are possible suspects so there are a lot of twists and turns before the satisfying conclusion. Touted as a young adult mystery, there are some mature themes here, including using drugs and hooking up. The mystery itself takes center stage as Jenna and Adam, the narrators, try to solve the mystery before someone else gets hurt or the wrong person is arrested. With themes of growing up and finding your place in life, maturity and rebellion, this is a book that will appeal to older teens who enjoy a good whodunit.
