Tom and Regina Ciesla are 20-year residents of Houston, Texas who spent four years travelling the state to study every aspect of the wine business. In 1995 they created a Wines of Texas web site that was voted one of the top 100 Texas web sites in 1996 and 1997 by Texas Monthly magazine.
