About the Author
Jamie Purviance, author of the best-selling cookbook Weber's Art of the Grill, has contributed to many books, magazines, web sites, and national television shows. Based in Napa Valley, he has served as the head chef of a winery and as the food editor of Appellation magazine. Sandra S. McRae has served as Weber's "corporate poet" for more than five years. Her work has appeared in literary magazines, in national advertising campaigns, and on the Internet. She lives in Colorado.Tim Turner has worked with Charlie Trotter and Jacques Pepin, among other master chefs. His award-winning photography has appeared in numerous publications as well as in the best-selling Weber's Art of the Grill. He lives in Chicago.
