Synopses & Reviews
This book is an accessible introduction to the main elements of the Catholic faith. Using the lived experience of particular individuals, both historical and more contemporary, it invites the reader to explore the many different aspects of the faith. It is divided into four sections, beginning with our relationship with God (prayer); and then looking at some of the powerful ways that God continues to act among us (the sacraments); the way of life that has been revealed to us in the Old and in the New Testament (the commandments); and the defining elements of what God has revealed to us (the Creed).

The main chapters of the book correspond to the four sections of the Catechism of the Catholic Church (concerning prayer, the sacraments, the commandments and the Creed), further illuminating our discovery of what we believe.
