A former elementary school librarian and secondary-school teacher, she now lives with her husband in both Buxton, Maine, and Sarasota, Florida.
Jim Datz is an illustrator and designer known for his screen prints, decorated apparel, and illustrated home goods. He lives in Brooklyn.
