Harper C.: Five Book Friday: Uncanny Graphic Novels (0 comment)
We are in the thick of winter here in the Pacific Northwest, which means it's dark, damp, and chilly. Rather than escaping to stories with warmer, brighter climates, I personally want nothing more than to dive deep into gothic and uncanny fiction as the wind rattles my windows at night...

So glad you listen to reviews, and mine way back in 2013--the very first comment. I see now that a woman is on top of the reading list. Now the list sorta makes sense. Yes, it is the #MeToo era so finally we're all paying attention. Kristeva, Cixous, or Irigaray rightfully deserve to be somewhere on this bottle. Thank you for listening!! By the way, after 5 years, this bottle is still going strong! ~AP

This is the second bottle I purchased here; I just love it. I bought this one as a present and I had a little mishap, but Ronnie was very helpful and offered great customer service. I recommend everybody to use the powell's website!

Great bottle! Got it to drink two fills a day of H20. Not sure of the philosopher order: by difficulty? Then Kant comes after a lot of these names, Aristotle after Plato, sub Wittgenstein for Marx. I'd throw in a woman philosopher for fair and good measure (Hypatia, Beauvoir, Rand, or Irigaray would do). Those are details, get this bottle.
