For more than half of a decade, fans of George R. R. Martin's New York Times-bestselling series Song of Ice and Fire have been crazy with anticipation, their minds racing with burning questions and open-ended theories. Days have been spent rereading the first four books and pining for the continuation of what is, arguably, the best fantasy saga since Tolkien's legendary trilogy. And now ? finally ? with the release of A Dance with Dragons, which picks up where A Feast for Crows left off, a silence will envelope the land, as people all over the world hunker down for a reading marathon of epic proportion. Winter has come, and we couldn't be more pleased.
