Dan, Looking through the backlist, PM Press has a kids' book in print (Girls Aren't Chicks, a coloring book that deals with gender stereotypes) and a couple more on the way. I don't think we had books like these when I was a tot! As for "mass market" stuff, Le Guin's The Dispossessed is quite the excellent book (I hope no one will judge it by the cover shown above!). Science Fiction, like other disparaged genres, certainly has a cutting edge and a number of distinctive voices that stand out above the mediocrity. Just my personal opinion, of course.

Holy smokes! Just when I thought we'd never see Paul Goodman's sage writings available again... What a service PM Press is doing in providing his work to a whole new generation of thinkers and do-ers. And Gustav Landauer in English? I might have to join Powell's frequent buyer club to get a discount on that one. But hey, what's with the mass market fiction? Are hobbit anarchists on white unicorns crossing the Rainbow Bridge to save humanity? What's next, an anarcho-primitivist kid's book? Just kidding, great interview and keep up the great work.
