For better or worse, we’re solidly headed into 2022. The weather is damp and grey, and the excitement of the holidays is in our rearview mirror. I don’t know about you, but it seems like all I can muster ambition for lately is a hot cup of tea and a nice, thick novel. However, obligations still abound. My family still needs to be fed, our schedule is just as busy as ever, and after the rich meals and endless sweets of the holiday season, I’m ready for some new recipes that are quick, healthy, and still delicious.
That’s where these ten books come in. Representing speedy weeknight dinners, make-ahead lunches, Instant Pot specialties, and even a few quick and delicious bakes, they all have recipes to get you and yours fed in record time, so you can return to that cozy blanket and blockbuster novel.
Nom Nom Paleo: Let's Go!
