Good variety of recipes, not all of them are authentic but its a cheaper fondue cookbook that will give you a ton of ideas of how to use your fondue pot more frequently and in new and interesting ways. Gave it along with an actual fondue pot as a wedding gift, the cookbook was an extra touch the couple really enjoyed. Also has some color photos in the middle of the cookbook. Nice.
