Because trust is so essential in everyday life Steven Covey's book should be required reading for everyone. He discribes the concepts to create trust in a way which allows anyone to apply them in their daily live. By applying Covey's techniques one can build trust which will grow at the speed of light.

This is an excellent tool for anyone in a position requiring employee work place dispute resolutions. The wording is clear and concise. The 'eight paths' to follow when dealing with dispute resolution are Zin-like. These tools can be used from home to school to the work place.

This text was an excellent resource when attending a university class on creating inclusive trust cultures. Of the three texts required for this class, this was my favorite.
