Choice Theory A New Psychology of Personal Freedom
by
William Glasser
sumaya
, January 11, 2007
willliam glasser is a great psychiatrist and founder of reality therapy. His book named choice theory is one of mind blowing books which focus on the failure of relationships from a different perspective. It is the hallmark of our cognitions that we tend to built current relationships on the basis of past mishappenings. This way we ruin our present relationships. The second most distressful thing is that we tend to control others' behaviors who are in relation to us, instead of our own. This book is a good effort to help us view the other side of picture which we conceal from others. Living in present, giving up punishing relationships, and focusing on our own behaviors can help us leading a prosperous, healthy life.
