This book was not only entertaining and funny but exposed social inequities that still exist today and the risks taken by those that try to change them.

The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest
by
Stieg Larsson and Reg Keeland

The whole trilogy was great but The Girl Who Kicked the Hornest's nest was the best. Partly you now knew Lizbeth Salander and the other characters and of course The Girl Who Played with fire left you hanging. I have never liked such an asocial character before, much more than all the other characters in the books. The blend of thriller, politics, business and social commentary made it appeal to many people and keep you interested in the plots. Unfortunately we will all have to develop our own versions of what happens to Lizbeth though I know Stieg Larsson could have done it much better. Rarely is a series of books so captivating.
