Hand Sculpted House A Practical & Philosophical Guide to Building a Cob Cottage
by
Ianto Evans
freda.ponce
, November 07, 2007
Ianto’s revolutionary take on green living really shines in this book about cob house building. The hand sculpted house is a must for anyone seriously interested in building their own cob structure. It is descriptive enough to allow you to become familiar with the simplistic as well as the more complex techniques that are used. The book is also filled with tons of beautiful pictures and funny illustrations. Throughout the book he talks about the need to live a more simplistic lifestyle by building with natural and sustainable materials and living in tune with the natural environment. His ideas are truly inspiring.

2012 The Return of Quetzalcoatl
by
Daniel Pinchbeck
freda.ponce
, November 05, 2007
Daniel's grasp of the scientific as well as spiritual aspects of the 2012 phenomenon keep both the logical and intuitive minded readers fully engaged. He explains difficult scientific concepts such as the precession of the equinoxes in terms that the everyday reader can easily understand, and he weaves in aspects of his personal journey throughout the story-making the material engaging to the reader. You will not be able to put this book down!
