For the serious student of Kabbalah the new book from Laitman Kabbalah Publishers, titled Gems of Wisdom, is simply a must have. No other book can do what it does. Namely, combine over 450 pages and 4000 years of wisdom into a book that will fit in any pocket. This is just the easiest way to stay connected and on the right track.

The Zohar: Annotations to the Ashlag Commentary
by
Rav Michael Laitman
Jim McClaren
, September 21, 2010
The Zohar is unlike other books. It’s meaning cannot be penetrated by merely reading it. And yet it contains all the wisdom and glory of Creation. In our present time we are most fortunate to have Rav Michael Laitman open the mystery of how to use this book. He is doing so with live lessons on the internet. By itself the Zohar is at best a curiosity. But combine this book with a teacher who truly understands it and then the Zohar is Life itself.

A Guide to the Hidden Wisdom of Kabbalah
by
Michael Laitman
Jim McClaren
, August 04, 2010
The universe has been evolving for 14 billion years. From man’s perspective the purpose and crowning glory of this evolution is the existence of man himself. So, is it not ironic that man is the only part of evolution that very well may consciously destroy itself. Kabbalah says this paradox can be explained. That there is a reason behind the madness. In his book, ‘A Guide to the Hidden Wisdom of Kabbalah’, Michael Laitman reveals the wisdom of Kabbalah in an easy and practical manner. This is an excellent book for beginning and veteran students of Kabbalah.

Basic Concepts in Kabbalah
by
Rav Michael Laitman
Jim McClaren
, May 03, 2010
Modern science is a wonderful thing. Using the scientific method man has investigated the world around him and discovered why and how all sorts of things do what they do when observed through our five senses. However, the question of why anything exists at all has not been answered. Kabbalah says this is because we need to develop a sixth sense in order to reveal the answer to this ancient and persistent query. Michael Laitman’s Basic Concepts in Kabbalah was written to start the growth of such an additional sense in the reader.

Kabbalah for the Student
by
Rav Yehuda Ashlag and Rav Baruch Ashalg
Jim McClaren
, March 30, 2010
There are many books available today, particularly those of Dr. Michael Laitman, that do an excellent job of describing to the layman what Kabbalah is about. Kabbalah for the Student is not one of them. It is a text book only for the serious student of Kabbalah. And, as such, is indispensable for advancement along the spiritual path. It overflows with the wisdom found in the writings of Yehuda Ashlag (Baal Hasulam) and Baruch Ashlag (The Rabash) – the greatest Kabbalists of our time. This is the main book used by the students of Bnei Baruch.

Shamati I Heard
by
Yehudah Ashlag
Jim McClaren
, October 12, 2009
Shamati means ‘I heard’. This book is a collection of ‘conversations’ between Baruch Ashlag and his father, Yehuda Ashlag. Yehuda Ashlag was known as The Baal Hasulam (master of the ladder) and was the greatest kabbalaist of our times. I know of no other book like this in the world. It is not meant as an introduction to Kabbalah. It was compiled by Michael Laitman and is used by serious students who study this great wisdom.

Kabbalah Revealed: The Ordinary Person's Guide to a More Peaceful Life
by
Rav Michael Laitman
Jim McClaren
, June 16, 2009
Kabbalah Revealed “If you want a brighter future we need only change ourselves”. This is a quote from Kabbalah Revealed. Countless self-help books say the same thing and yet the future does not get brighter or if it does it’s light dims once the new psychology wears off. Kabbalah operates at the root of man’s existence. Thus, changes made at this level change reality itself so a person can attain a lasting brighter future indeed. Michael Laitman explains the whats, whys and hows in this wonderful introduction to the study of kabbalah.

Complete Idiots Guide To Kabbalah
by
Michael Laitman
Jim McClaren
, March 10, 2009
The people at Penguin deserve a round of applause for adding the subject of kabbalah to their âComplete Idiotâs Guideâ series of books. Considering the plethora of misconceptions of what kabbalah is and what itâs for this book could have easily been another âno-helpâ help book. But to write this book Penguin chose Michael Laitman. Mr. Laitman is the real deal - a living representative of a line of true kabbalists and author of 30 books on the subject. The âComplete Idiotâs Guide to Kabbalahâ not only explains simply and effectively the intricacies of kabbalah but it also sets the reader on the correct path for lifelong study should he or she choose to do so. Kudos Penguin

Kabbalah for Beginners
by
Laitman, Michael
Jim McClaren
, January 05, 2009
It’d a fair guess that 99% of humanity has no idea what kabbalah is. Reliable books on the subject aimed at the general public just started appearing as late as 1995. This book, “Kabbalah for Beginners”, was written by Michael Laitman - one of the foremost kabbalists living today. In it’s short 64 pages it explains kabbalah correctly, setting the right course for future study. There is also information on how to study and where to get instruction. If you’ve never heard of Kabbalah or are wondering what it’s all about I highly recommend this book.

Kabbalah, Science and the Meaning of Life: Because Your Life Has Meaning
by
Rav Michael Laitman
Jim McClaren
, December 02, 2008
Throughout the ages kabbalah has been called many things. Most often it is referred to as a religion or as mysticism. Even in the modern era most people don’t know what kabbalah is about. Even some people who say they are students of kabbalah. In his book “Kabbalah Science and the Meaning of Life,” Rav Michael Laitman PhD, sets the record straight - Kabbalah is a science. In conversation with some of today’s leading scientists Rav Laitman explains how Kabbalah investigates nature and penetrates it’s secrets to a much deeper level than the current theories of quantum mechanics. This book expands the reader as it expands scientific understanding.

To my knowledgde Michael Laitman has written more than 25 books on the subject of kabbalah. I have read several of them and am now a full time student of this great wisdom. "Attaining the Worlds Beyond" is the book I keep by my bedside and return to most every day. I can open to any page and it's like reading it for the first time.
