Death Comes to Pemberley
by

A fabulous combination of Jane Austen lore combined with a criminal whodunit by the renowned British mystery writer P.D. James. Six years after the events in Pride and Prejudice a deadly crime occurs at the Pemberley estate of the Darcy family. Elizabeth Bennet, the heroine of Pride and Prejudice now deals with the shocking consequences. P.D. James, a lifelong Austen devotee, has flawlessly recreated the style and language of Austen. Not to be missed!

Trashy Town

Choosing books to read with the kids has been a treat and sometimes a challenge for me. I’m learning that books that work really well read aloud and that will almost guarantee kid participation are few and far between. In this case kids love to join in the refrain on every page - Dump it in, smash it down, drive around the Trashy Town!
