Five Book Friday: In Memoriam
(0 comment)

Almost Heaven

This is one of the best romance novels I have ever read. The relationship between Ian and Elizabeth is not the typical hate/hate then love/love relationship. From the beginning there is chemistry between them and they recognize it to be love. Judith McNaught has the ability to pull readers in emotionally and write beautiful endings that will leave readers in tears. Her characters are the kind you never want to lose. Closing her books are very difficult indeed.

This was the first book I read by Teresa Medeiros and it won't be the last. This book showed it is true inner beauty that matters most, regardless of what one may look like.

Rogues Proposal Cynster 04

I recently read the first 10 books in the Cynster series and I have to say, this book was my favorite. Laurens does an excellent job with character development in this book. Demon and Felicity have great tension and chemistry. It was interesting to read a different side of Demon's character.
