Wow was this book packed with lots of good material! Although this book is specifically geared to the good people of Indiana; there is so much that can be used by people anywhere. So much that is written here can be applied to anyone who is planning to sell his/her estate. The novice in estate planning will find ample of material to assist them with organizing their estate and creating a will and more. The author points out that it is not wise to try to handle one's estate alone; but, rather it's peferable that one seek out professionals: accountants, financial planners and Insurance Agents. This book takes you through the ABC's of estate planning and selling. The language in the book is easy to understand and the layout very organized. I would give this book a 5 on the scale from 1-5. The Complete Guide to Selling Your Estate in Indiana has helped me start planning my own estate. I don't live in Indiana but most of the material covered can be anyone in any state.

When I first started reading Desiree's Smith Baughety's book "Using Other People's Money to Get Rich", I questioned if this was really an ethical book. As I read on, I began to understand fully what the title of this book ; and that what she had in mind was completely ethical Knowing how to get investors to suppport your business effort is the first step in putting your business on a fast path to success. Desiree points out that many people have done this including the star of the Apprentice Show, Mr. Donald Trump. By reading the book: "Using Other People's Money to Get Rich", the reader is led through a step by step process that leads to securing financial stability for his/her business by utilizing various resources: The Federal Government, Lending Institutions, Credit Unions and more. The book points out warning signs and pitfalls and reminds the reader of their obligation to the investor. The author tells the reader that if he/she follows the instructions in this book he/she will successfully gather up enough funds for his/her business without using any of his/her own resources. and be ready to launch their business in no time at all. Like icing on the cake, the book includes some extras like purchasing real estate and numerous web resource links. All in all the book was very well written and easy to follow. On a scale of 1 - 5 , I would give the book a 4.5 score.

"For Sale by Owner" by Jackie Bondanza, is an excellent primer for anyone wishing to sell their home without the assistance of a broker. The author puts forth, in very easy to understand language, the abc's of selling your home . Selling a home is not as easy as one may imagine. There is so much to take into consideration when selling your home. The economy, the location, the season and so many other things must be taken into consideration. A house being sold in one neighborhood may sell for higher in another area. I found this book so enlightening that I will definitely recommend it to any of my family or friends who might be considering the sale of their home. This is the first book about selling a house that I actually enjoyed. The author explained everything you should know in very understandable language. Joy Pachowicz
