What a wonderful journey into one woman's search for something authentic to celebrate her family's past. As she digs deep, both she and reader learn how food translates across boundaries of time, culture, and love. In fact, this is a love story, really. A love story that will make you want to get out your mother's old recipes and a few pots and pans.
