Business Model Generation A Handbook for Visionaries Game Changers & Challengers

An excellent book for anyone who needs to think about creating or adapting their business model, and that includes non-profits. The concept of the canvass to portray the key elements is a masterful way of communicating everything that needs to considered. It helps you to not only remember all the elements, but is also an excellent means of communicating your results to other stakeholders. Also it is a well designed book that is a joy, yes I used the word joy in a business book review, to read and use. An additional plus is that it provides solutions in various industries to act as templates or provoke thoughts. Good value for the money.
