Introduction to Permaculture 2nd Edition

Bill Mollison

This sort of book should be in everyone's library. We need to respect the land we live from, and the waters that supply them. It is not hard to plant something for our food as well as ornamental plants. This is an inspiration for a better world. I am trying to give them as Birthday presents.

Fossils: the Key To the Past
by
Richard A. Fortey
alice herbert
, June 02, 2009
The descriptions are clear and the fun of the search is well written. We really enjoyed the hunt. Richard Fortey is an example of the best of science writing backed with a huge store of knowledge. He started at the beginning with field work, through senior professor. He has the best work ethic of any scientist I know and is an encyclopedia of geological and palentological knowledge.
