Restaurant at the End of the Universe

Much like the first book in the series, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the Restaurant at the End of the Universe is beautifully and perfectly hilarious. I read the majority of it in a single afternoon- I couldn't put it down! This book and series absolutely delights me and I can't stop reading them.

Lolita was very entrancing. The writing was very skilled and beautiful- the words flowed like ballerinas through my head. The story, in and of itself, was very disturbing. This book is an amazing book in its entirety.

Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

Douglas Adams

Douglas Adams definitely has a way with words. The pieces of Hitchhiker's were tied together amazingly and hilariously well. This book had me cracking up throughout the whole thing. I immediately went and checked out the succeeding books from the library- I couldn't wait to get my hands on more of Adams' writing!

Anna and the French Kiss

The writing was a little simple, but the book was absolutely enjoyable. It is a cute, YA romance book, which are fun for a quick, happy read. Anna and the French Kiss keeps you giggling and hiding in embarrassment along with the main character, Anna. I had so much fun reading this; I was smiling the whole time. I often wished I could be Anna myself, so I was quite happy to live her adventure vicariously.
