I am big on vegetables but I always get stuck in the same old ruts and feel at a loss for new ideas on how to prepare them. After paging through Flavor for just a few minutes, I already feel super inspired by his approach to building flavors with vegetables. I am excited to dive deeper and test out some of these gorgeously presented recipes. I’ve received a free copy from Clarkson Potter in exchange for a free and unbiased review.
