I've read the first book, but this second book is even harder to put down! I'm getting nothing else done.

The First Year: Fibromyalgia: An Essential Guide for the Newly Diagnosed
by
Mari Florence and Claudia Craig Marek

I'm finding this book incredibly helpful. Ms. Marek is quite knowledgable, both from a medical and personal viewpoint. Since she has fibromyalgia herself, I find her very believable. She's heard a lot of the hooey out there that I have, and she efficiently cuts through it. Her information, tips and advice are extremely valuable, since her approach is well organized and to the point ? in fact, it's so good that it's helping me get past some residual denial about my own diagnosis, which is no longer in it's first year!
