It was great! Totally fantastic if you love a story about Venice or Italy in generall. I think it is suited for kids-teens-adults. It involves the story of a mystery marriage, the new Duchessa of Bellezza (Venice), a strange boy from the 21st century and the evil Di Chimici family who have taken over the rest of the 16th century Venice except for the City of Masks-Bellezza. Will it end in tragedy??? Read it for yourselves to find out.

I believe that this isn't the best book i've ever read. It became more interesting (for me) at the end of the book. The suspense is thrilling. This happens when the antagonist "THE PERSON IN SHADOW" comes along to destroy everything, and they make it seem sinister when it wants the book for all the wrong reasons......eViL reasons. I LOVE some of the names used in this story, such as : Faustbuch, Jolyon, Blake, Dianna, DUCK, Endymion, Ignatius, Johann..
