Word by Word: The Secret Life of Dictionaries by Kory Stamper
	Infomom, July 21, 2018 I really enjoyed this book, from the details of how words get into the dictionary to the author's wonderful snarky/humorous footnotes. Author Kory Stamper makes a lexicographer's world more interesting than I ever imagined while she discusses the changing English language. I managed to talk two of my book groups into selecting it for the 2018-2019 season by merely mentioning the chapter on "irregardless.' I'm positive that my friends and I will have long and interesting discussions about this book.
