Every year, the booksellers at Powell’s submit their Top Fives: their five favorite books that were released in 2023. It’s a list that, when put together, shows just how varied and interesting the book tastes of Powell’s booksellers are. I highly recommend digging into the recommendations — we would never lead you astray — but today...

The thing up above the reviews is WRONG! They said, And here, if May is discovered, the horrifyingly evil Bo Cleevil will turn her into something. But the back of my book (and every other book) says... And here, if May is discovered, the horrifyingly evil Bo Cleevil will turn her into nothing. See that? NOTHING!! Nothing, not something. O.k. Good. Just wanted to clear things up.

By the rest of the comments, it seems like no ones acctually read the book so far, but it was AWESOME! better than some of the other, acctually, it was one of THE BEST. It was charming, and I finally got to hear from graystripe again. When he dissapeared, I acctually got into a deep depression, and nothing could get me out, exept for a few mornings when I dreamed about him the night before, but it didn't last long. Anyway, it bring him back, which just makes it all the more WONDERFUL. It just drew me into it. It seemed the more I read, the less I could put it down. It was WAY ACCURATE and brought out the characters personalitys. When I read, I try to envision the book, (it's kind of irritating, because I've gotten so good at it that when it's in Jaypaw's point of view, I can't picture anything, because he's blind, so I hear and smell the things he can, but it's worse than walking around with my eyes closed, and my brains adapted to books so well, that it wont let me cheat by seeing, exept when he dreams.) It brings charactters back that everyone thought was dead, and some that really were dead, and I'm not talking about StarClan. It was truley CHARMING, and even had a bit of HUMOR right when it needed it. It was one of the most WONDERFUL, PERFECTLY WRITTE, PERFECTLY FORMED books ever. I have re-read it 84 times now, not including the first time I read it.

My aunt brought it to me and i was immediatley turned off. I'm VERY (emphasize very) picky about what I read, but I started anyway, and my rule to myself is, no matter how boring, stupid, or bad a book is, if I start reading, I have to finish. (Unless it's inapropriate) But luckily, I didn't have to worry about any of that, it was a pretty good book at first, and it stayed that way. I'd reccomend it.
