Hummingbirds Daughter by Luis Alberto Urrea

If you ever have the chance to attend a reading from Luis Alberto Urrea, don't miss it because his readings are unlike any others that I've experienced. It wasn't so much a reading as a performance, and if you weren't in love with the novel already before the reading, then you will be after.
