Ms. Lo has stken the story of Cinderella and has turned it into a story that is more about a young woman who wants to have the freedom to live her own live and to love who she chooses, and not who is chosen for her. Ash has a mother and father who love her then in the true following of the story the mom dies. Ash gets a step-mother, and step-sisters who goal it is to marry rich. Ash would rather just be her. This is one book that is going to be added to my library.

Out of all of the Stoner McTavish books I have read this one would have to be #3 on my list. I love the characters but the blurred lines between reality and fantasy did not make sence to me.
