A Little Life

This grand story of brotherhood and love is at turns breathtaking and heartbreaking. For a lengthy novel it flew by and I didn't want it to end. The story revolves around Jude, a broken, self loathing but lovable man and three of his enduring friends. Reading it I found myself at times laughing out loud with tears following close behind. This book was definitely at the top of my best books of 2015 list. I highly recommend it!

A thrilling page turner that had me on the edge of my seat. Familial drama and a fathers love for his son are at the heart of this epic tale.

This book lived up to the Passage in every way. I can't wait for the third book in this trilogy!

I loved this book. The writing is wonderful. Very vivid images of the circus under the tents. It's one of those books you wish didn't have to end. I highly recommend this book to all types of readers.

What a book! Having grown up in southern California the location of much of the story is all too familiar. This book kept me up at night with its suspense and engrossing characters. I can't wait for the next book in the series!

The most touching book for me personally that I've read in quite some time. Very moving, easy to relate to, and excellent story telling. I don't re-read many books and this one will be re-read many times.
