As one of the Authors of this book (David Wasson) I am happy to see you have a copy available. This was a pioneer book in the field of serious childrens cookbooks, and I am very proud to have written the recipes for it.

This book is an absolute MUST have for any student of the Culinary Arts, chef, or food buff. It is enlightening on every level, and easy to read. I have found no other book as important as this one on the human history of food.
