While not a blackBelt I have a couple of years in advanced training. And I verified my thoughts with 2 Masters of Tae Kwon Do, 1 a 4th Degree the other 6th Degree, The opinion was the Same. He's makeing something up. Had he said you can use these techniques to lead up to a grappeling technique it would be almost acceptable. As it stands he's left the door open to possibley getting someone hurt. just my opinion yours will probably very.

Rushed rightout to get this book, and after a thorough look at it. Discovered it does not live up to its intent. It would be a good referance manual for folks in Rehab or nursing Homes. Not for Senior or Middleaged folks trying to maintane a Athletic or even Weekend Warrior Life Style.

Hogwash comes to mind, Tripe does as well. The Auther turns what could be an informative read, into a marathon back patting episode worthy of Rush Limbaugh. Sprinkled with a liberal Dose of formulaic feelgood stories. I found myself constantly turning to the backover to remind myself what this book was about. A OUIJE Board would be more educational.

An extreamly useful book for any martialartist. Complex Ideas are explained simply and it will give you a better understanding of your own inner spirit.
