This is *the* bible for making cheese at home. In addition to a wide range of recipes there is a lot of information about the history of cheesemaking and the science behind it. The author also runs a wonderful online cheesemaking supply store who delivers promptly!

Really entertaining and swift read as the author and her fiance travel across the U.S. exploring everything about goats. If you have an interest in goats, cheesemaking or what small family farms are doing in the U.S., you'll really enjoy this book.
