This is a great book to learn about water problems around the world, but even better, about solutions to water problems around the world. The book is well-written and engaging. I have gotten several other people to read it, all of whom were captivated.

This was the first Christopher Moore book that I read, and it is still my favorite. It is a fascinating mix of characters, modern and ancient, American and international, alive and ... It's everything that every other CM book is: zany, weird, charming, and even a bit educational.

I wish I had never picked this up, and I'm a total book-whore. This book veered from a dark and curious plot to a very nasty and frightening place. It made me sick to my stomach. I hated (HATED), hated (HATED) this book.
