It's a great way to learn about being part of the Scotland Yard, where most police professionals are able to uncover the murder mystery, especially Adam Dalgiesh.

True fans of Grafton's novels, this is the first one you should read, because this is where Sue grafton really become famous. This is the book that would no doubt have twists and turns. I would no doubt in my mind that Sue had the touch of a respectable mystery writer.

This is a great novel to read! I thought Kinsey would get rid of her chased assasin, but it's turns out that there was a disadvantage, when it involves her being sidetracked with another case. That was scary when the assasin killed the murderer of the other murder case. It was a true thriller to read this book.

It's great, but not so perfect, but it was a start for sue grafton, so it's kind of a big deal.
