Adored this novel, celebrating the beauty of language, the endlessness of love and the many unseen links we have to one another... highly recommended.

Loved this book, and really loved getting to know the characters so intimately, whom I grew to care about. It did give me pause about pursuing that novel (as many of us dream to), but left me wanting to keep reading and reading.

Prodigal Summer

Barbara Kingsolver

This book was incredibly beautiful, mysterious, visionary, the complex characters were brilliantly entertwined with the gorgeous natural surroundings created by Kingsolver, and I found the book both completely engrossing and very satisfying to the last page. I loved this book enough to read it 3 times so far. My vote for one of the best works of fiction in the last decade.
