Every year, the booksellers at Powell’s submit their Top Fives: their five favorite books that were released in 2023. 2012 Puddly Awards entry. If you are too young to know what to say when a co-worker's relative dies at work, or if you are so old and so many people passaway around you, and forget to care...? This book is not only a good stepping stone for vocabulary, but even lists representive phrases that allow empathy, and a very good understanding what is happening in the hearts and minds of others. I'm sure it's all common sense, but words like, "magic of the holiday season," don't come to mind very often. :) Apologies, Cover Letters, Compaints, Get Well Letters, are all example chapters. Very good read. Better reference. I did use this about (4) times last year, and let a person borrow it.
