I absolutely love this book. I have been baking bread for over 10 years. These recipes are so easy and quick. I can make the dough when I have the time and then cook it any time within the next week. I would definitely recommend this book to any and every one. It does not matter if you have never made bread before. All of the recipes require NO KNEADING!!! If you are trying to eat healthier or just have more flavorful bread, I would definitely recommend this book. This book is a must have in all kitchens!

I love this book. The recipes are easy to follow and basic so anyone can preserve foods at their peek. And best of all it does not require large amounts of fresh produce. Whether you have a home garden or buy produce from the store, you can use the recipes in this book. I would suggest this book to everyone who home preserves already or want to try it.
