If you want to get into contemplative prayer, this is a must read book. If you have tried to read the original Medieval English language version or a translation, it could really be a chore. An English language scholar has taken the medieval English and brought it into the 21st century English. This makes the content of the anonymous monk who wrote this treasure so much easier to understand and integrate into your spiritual regime.

Each day, there is a growing tension surrounding the intersection of Faith and Politics in America. The two topics that we were always trained to steer clear of when attending a cocktail party..., well, there will be no opportunity any longer to steer clear. May as well read up and jump into the fray.
