The first thing to do when one receives a diagnosis of a mental illness is get a second opinion...then maybe a third. "Controling" one's mood swings is a fallacy, not allowing one's self to go out of control is not. This book contains thoughtful practices to keep folks mindful of their illness. This is not a bad thing. It's a good thing. It's being diligent and not in denial. I recommend it for those beginning a self-help regimine

Writers Guide To Selling Your Screenplay
by
Cynthia Whitcomb

This is a must read for aspiring screenwriters. Ms. Whitcomb, is a "working screenwriter" , meaning that she actually can stock things in her refridgerator other than just condiments and half & half for coffee.... She has an acquired experiential knowledge that is formidable, practical and versital. Although this volume was penned several years back, much of it stands true today. However, for scriptwrights looking for info on multimedia/internet storytelling, you'll find the applications limited and dated at that. It's best to keep in touch with Ms. Whitcomb, herself, through Willamette Writers and attend their annual conference in August.
