Gods War On Terror Islam Prophecy & The
by
Walid Shoebat
Darahlee10
, September 02, 2013
Walid Shoebat was born and raised in Bethlehem, Israel by an Arab father and an American mother. Walid grew up a terrorist, married a Christian woman and was challenged to examine the Bible and compare it with the Quran. Walid confessed, “Only bible truth has transferred my way of thinking from being a follower of Muhammad and idolizing Adolph Hitler to believing in Jesus Christ.” Walid Shoebat is the founder of the Walid Shoebat Foundation, to bring the truth about the bible. He has addressed the most prestigious universities, and government agencies, appeared in the Media in the USA and internationally. His book is well researched, very interesting and well written. This book covers the comparisons of Biblical and Quran text with respect to minor historical border changes for location of modern country names. There are verified bible leadership roles of countries from past to present, taking shape from military and goals set by internal motivations. Discussed sentiments on the rise clearly give direction to unify through imposed terms. This well written book can clarify the subject of religion through a history and its future projections.

On Writing: A Memoir of the Craft
by
Stephen King
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
When growing up he shared many accounts that give thoughtful insight into age groups. These everyday life events could possibly be understood by any number of families. More recently within his immediate family circle there are encouraging life successes also. These successes build a progressive direction in writing while enjoying family life. Importantly he listens to others applying this to dialogue and character building in fiction. Fictional characters are not drawn directly from real life. His instruction is well explained for good storytelling, covering skills for the aspects of writing. Many examples with further reading are given in his outstanding book. I learned enlightening connections in this well written book and highly recommend it.

Quantum Universe
by
Brian Cox, Jeff Forshaw
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
Of the many interacting components explained, the following links progress. Albert Einsteins quantum mechanics photo electric effect was explained. Photo electric effects are the heart of the quantum foundation theory. As energy of the photon depends on color, not light brightness when projected in a stream of particles. Feynman and contemporaries went further with QED Quantum Electro Dynamics. This is where light behaves like particles. It explains outside the nucleus and excepting gravity. This is the interactions of matter and particles with one another, via the electromagnetic force. That drives all physics, chemistry, and physical science. Particle accelerators have been built since the late 1920's to create unseen particles. Theories say, the gluon should exist which carries the strong force. This is explained by the equation E equals mc squared. This means mass and energy are interchangeable, the secret to creating new particles. Science is about exploring and the only way to uncover the secrets of the universe is to go and look. I own a copy of this book. It is a perfect update for one element of astrophysics.

Craft Of Writing Science Fiction That Sells
by
Ben Bova
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
Ben Bova is the author of more than eighty futuristic novels and non-fiction books. He has been an editor and executive in the aerospace industry. Taught science fiction writing at Harvard University and has expertise in high technology and numerous areas. This book is a practical guide in construction techniques for writing fiction. The special requirements in the science fiction field are demanding. It is vital, exciting, and offers a close and immediate interaction between readers and writers. This book divides character, background, conflict and plot into three parts. With examples this shows how theoretical ideas were handled in an actual story. Then chapters on background, conflict and plot: theory first, then a short story, followed by a chapter on practice using the story as illustration. Then the different demands writing makes on the novelists, and how challenges are met. Next is preparation and the writing task. Marketing novels and short fiction, followed by ideas, style and other successful storytelling techniques. This book is a path of putting information into neural wiring that is basically unchanged. Homer, Goethe and Shakespeare used these techniques. I see this book as the fabric of successful writing, never simple or mechanic. This book offers valuable instruction, and would be perfect as a reference in a personal library. I own a copy of this book.

Developmental Editing A Handbook for Freelancers Authors & Publishers
by
Scott Norton
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
University of California Press in Berkeley guides developmental editing in this book, for authors and publishers. This book denotes significant structuring or restructuring of a manuscripts discourse. It helps the author form a vision for the book and coaches chapter by chapter to ensure the vision is successfully executed. With use of line editing, chapter, section, paragraph and sentence levels, suggested rewrites are given. Authors should find practical advice to improve their writing skills; and maximize the appeal of their own manuscripts to prospective publishers. Concept focusing the authors vision, thesis and creating a winning title that reflects the winning choice is covered. Narrative to form a coherent story structure to choose between telling a story and making an argument is discussed. Detail to name a few topics includes, brainstorming to fine-tune a timeline to a revised table of contents is included. In exposition they fine-tune the main argument. A blueprint is created that will serve as a touchstone for the author and publisher throughout the editing process. It provides interventions when schedule or budget does not allow for a full developmental edit. Chapter equality with editing for pace with restructuring and transitions are used. How moving a conclusion from one place to another can lead to entirely different effects. With structure in place, ways of prose is used to help authors achieve their unique voice in prose. Opportunities to illustrate concepts and to express data visually, and extra touches to add luster, web pages are discussed. The sequences of stages may occur simultaneously or frequently and others may be inapplicable to specific projects. Techniques presented can be adapted to personal styles and advice discarded if it does not resonate. There is no one way to perform a developmental edit but first learn to master the rules. The tools given in this book are clear and in sequence with much more valuable instruction to read. I highly recommend this book. I own a copy

Source Field Investigations The Hidden Science & Lost Civilizations Behind the 2012 Prophecies
by
David Wilcock
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
This books research connects the earliest everyday living records through time to the present. Technology viewing through modern day equipment is used to verify comparisons in research. Presented in this book, the DNA code evolves in sequences of charted galactic energy. Education through focus in self-awareness of such events and daily; could increase particular useable energies, and direct ones then attached path with them. Energy in its many forms does have an effect on life. To place one’s self in a possible contact driven position; with variation and levels, seems to be an individual choice. One could assume the position would not be with a hard task-master. There doesn’t seem to be technology in place to duplicate the source’s energies or awareness for the need to. For those who want to browse the internet; for ELF and EMF wavelength possible comparison effects, information is available there. Reasonably no one would expect to be duped into a permanent allegiance with incorrect energy effects. Clearly visible are the many years of painstaking research throughout this book. With the many topics this book covers, cross-referencing with outside sources could be an adventure. I own a copy of this book.

Black List a novel by Brad Thor. A complex plan in America’s technology to become the one interconnected brain unfolds. Digital intrusion is in progress to steal the DNA mind of every man, woman and child in the United States. Harvath and his intelligence colleagues have uncovered this plan and Harvath is on their death list. This book reveals characters in action and conflict within the depth of the deadly plan. Chapters are clear with action belonging to which character. Descriptive subtext is at a minimum, leaving the plot to advance through action with minimal motion interaction of characters. Attention to the plot advances in combining knowledge of technology, and duty of characters reacting within exciting situations. There is little suspense generated throughout the book for locations with the short narrative of characters. Harvath is targeted with deadly circumstances, generated by the same cold abandon extended to America’s population. This book is thrilling adventure, to become a readers awareness in world the around them, citizens or not.

, July 10, 2013
A Gluten Free Soup Opera, by Author: Sibel Hodge - This book is a must in any kitchen. It covers many of the basic recipes such as Chicken Stock, Vegetable Stock, Beef Stock and Fish Stock. The lists of ingredients are the kind that you should be able to find just about anywhere. Many of the recipes are time savers. This book does have recipes included that are more complex, and elaborate as well as variations for many of the recipes. She has included Salmon & Green Tea Soup, Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup and Onion Soup to name a few. She is descriptive and precise with her directions. Don’t be daunted by the list of ingredients, the recipes are actually really easy to make. It keeps with a normal format of telling you exactly what equipment is needed to complete the dish; to wonderful presentation photos of each dish, without going overboard on the number of pictures. Her tips that are included on recipes are helpful and informative. I loved her Onion Soup it was easy, the taste is fabulous and I can’t wait to try more of her recipes. This book a great asset to my kitchen, and it has taught me quite a bit. This world collection of recipes is phenomenal. Thank you so much Sibel for sharing!

Permanent Winter
by
Grant Palmquist
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
Permanent Winter, by: Grant Palmquist. Skye the master; a classic vampire of focus and attraction, has exerted near total control over his victims through deception. His vampire minions and undercurrent of human night life have set up an underground dedicated solely to harvesting blood for vampire consumption. Joshua’s background is rooted in God and family, and his hope for humanity is at low ebb. Joshua, now a victim is caught up with the vampires on the fringes of civilization. Joshua becomes an old-world vampire hunter of his own trials and Skye. Descriptive dialogue; in this ever expanding earthy vampire world, drives this plot moving the story quickly with less narrative. Joshua who, still feels human, is under the Master's thrall. Joshua’s past supports him as he strives to step into freedom. The plot barrels forward with increasing momentum and the authors' knack for thoughtful horror and striking imagery remains intact. Joshua’s battle provides a satisfying conclusion to an intelligent, utterly chilling horror novel. I received this book with a request for an honest review.

Brenda Ueland

, July 10, 2013
Brenda Ueland’s book: If You Want to Write, supports reality writing. From pupils thoughts, adventures, failures, rages, villainies and nobilities; they’re encouraged to write what is seen, for their writing to come alive through description. Creativity is directed with the technique of first understanding what is learned instantly. Or by linking following contemplation to understand the first at that time. This allows working creative power to flow and reinforce without time consuming repetition. She gives different examples of this process, and when to notice different ideas. She advises writing (as in drafts) and then knowing what is needed to change, adapt, cut, and expand a story. She increases creativity and imagination without boundaries, in examples of herself and students. Her technique can help in the writing exchange with readers. From awareness in writing to publishing a book she explains how not to be daunted by the written expression of others.

Dark World Into the Shadows with the Lead Investigator of the Ghost Adventures Crew
by
Zak Bagans, Kelly Crigger
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
Zak Bagans is passionate for paranormal investigations. He is an experienced advocate of scientific inquiry, in developed theories for advancement with paranormal research. Digital recorders capture paranormal voices at above and below frequencies, than human ears can detect. Paranormal spirits composed of weak energy manifest into sound or sight with a contact having a greater amount of energy that they can borrow or take altogether. This is key to understanding the paranormal. Some examples of energy are electronic equipment, lights, cameras, batteries, cars, EMF pumps, water and human beings. The Law of Energy Conservation, states energy can neither be created nor destroyed in a closed system. With this law all energy in the universe has been made, and our physical bodies are individual containers of personal energy. When the body dies energy is released back into the universe. It is the way air is released back into the atmosphere when a balloon pops. With paranormal manifestation; almost always there is an unmistakable transfer of energy, from a known source to an unknown receiver. Some examples of transfer are a complete drain on equipment or simply a flickering light. Certain areas can become imprinted with severe energy (as in the potter’s wheel heard as analyzed years later in pottery.) In residual areas activity can be heard as one form of recorded communication. Other areas respond during an investigation. Many active paranormal places are mentioned and some are favorites. Static night vision cameras are used, along with EMF detectors in investigations to capture paranormal events, and contact responses. Orbs, intelligent haunting's and more are documented in this well written book. Quantum physics regards time in the universe as a series of branched events. I own a copy of this book and recommend it to those interested.

Penguin Book of the Sonnet 500 Years of a Classic Tradition in English
by
Phillis Levin
Darahlee10
, July 10, 2013
This book is an anthology that celebrates that most vigorous of literary forms, the Sonnet. The earliest sonnets record the unceasing conflict between the law of reason and the law of love, the need to solve a problem that cannot be resolved by an act of will, yet finds its fulfillment, if not its solution, only in the poem. Thematically and structurally this tension plays itself out in the relationship between a fixed formal pattern and the endless flow of feeling. The poet experiences the illusion of control and the illusion of freedom and from the meeting of those illusions creates the reality off the poem. The sonnet is one of the only poetic forms with predetermined lengths, specific though flexible set of possibilities for arranging patterns of meaning and sound but it is also a blueprint for building a structure that remains open to the unknown, ready to lodge an unexpected guest. A sonnet is a fourteen line poem that composes a single stanza, called a quatorzain. When a sonnet is true to its nature, it encompasses contradiction and arrives at resolution or revelation. The reader of this book can follow the sonnets evolution over time, experiencing firsthand how historical, political, and structural pressures engender innovation, subversion and renewal. Many sonnets are included with dates. I enjoyed reading this book and recommend it.
