This book captures so fluently the large questions we are faced with at the terminus of someone's life, the thoughts of years lived, the regrets and joys. I recommend it highly as a source of reflection. A very quick read and spiced throughout with fascinating and obscure mathmatical puzzles.

Keeper of Lost Causes

It is easy to get caught up in Jussi's somewhat eccentric characters. These same characters provide the foundation for a continuing series that readers will want to follow. Top that with a first rate mystery where the ending is not all tied up with a neat bow and you have a very intriguing reading experience.

A gripping psychological study and murder mystery, flawed only by the absence of the murder's motive in the end.
