I absolutely adored this book. Using the concept of the Tibetan bardo was a stroke of genius, but the reader doesn't really need to know anything about that to be completely absorbed by this book. Another point: while it is mostly a heart-breakingly sad book, there are moments of pure humor. Love.

As a both a bear lover and a book lover, this is the ideal design for a book bag for me! Well, I'm nearsighted, too, but lasix surgery prevented me from finding a perfect match with this image.
