This is a beautifully written book, full of mystery and fantasy, Taya flies around the city of Ondinium as an Icarus. Icarii are the winged messengers of the city. After a daring rescue she meets two brothers-rich, powerful, handsome Alister and awkward, outcaste clock worker, Cristof. As the city begins to fall apart, starting with the death of Alister, Taya and Cristof team up to find out who is damaging the delicate engines that run the city. But if Alister isn't manipulating the engine program Clockwork Heart-who is?

Clockwork Princess

I don't understand why most people like the Mortal Instruments series better than this AWESOME trilogy. This trilogy is set in London in the 1800's following the story of a girl named Tessa, who comes to London and immediately falls in with the shadowhunters. Puzzled by Tessa's seeming lack of specific race, they study her and the trouble that seems to follow her. In the third and final book, Tessa is gearing up for her marriage to Jem, despite her equal love for Jem's friend and parabatai, Will. In the meantime, Gideon and Gabriel Lightwood are staying at the Institute after their father's demise-but can they be trusted? Cecily, Will's remaining sister has left her family to train as a shadowhunter. But why is Will constantly trying to send her away? It seems he would be glad to see the sister he would sacrifice everything for again. Wrapped in mystery and intrigue, Cassandra Clare writes a beautiful climax to her Infernal Devices trilogy. With an ending that no one will guess until they read it, and an action packed story this is definitely my favorite Cassandra Clare book. I love it!

Tiger Saga 03 Tigers Voyage

This is definitely my favorite book of the Tiger's Curse series. Kelsey, Kishan and Ren set out on the brother's cruise ship to track down the mythical five dragons, and go one step closer to freeing Ren and Kishan, the sons of an ancient Indian emperor. Meanwhile, several romantic twists and exciting and dangerous adventures, this book will keep you wondering what till the very next page (and beyond). I won't say too much, I don't want to ruin the surprises coming your way.

Things Fall Apart

While at first glance, this book appears to be boring, when you delve deeper into the plot, it won't disappoint! The plot weaves two stories together. The story of the hardships and trials of small village life in rural Niger, and the struggle against the missionaries that keeps everyone biting their nails till the last sentence. I originally read it for school, but have started rereading in for pleasure!

Heroes of Olympus 04 House of Hades

I have obsessed with what this book would be like once it finally came out. I was afraid it would disappoint me, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was everything I hoped it would be, and more! Dark and haunting, with several plot twists and character surprises. It reminded me of how much I loved the original Percy Jackson books when they first came out. I love this book, and how well Rick Riordan managed to capture the true darkness of the depths of Tartarus. I can't wait for the next one!

East: East 1

This book is beautifully written, and suitable for all ages. I read it for the first time when I was 8, and am still revisiting it over 6 years later. Edith Pattou weaves an intricate storyline through detailed descriptions of various settings. A story of travel, love, beauty and fantasy, she brings her characters to life in the most extraordinary ways. From the conflicted family she grows up with, from the bear who takes her into a life of wonder. The mother and daughter in the French countryside who show her what her life could have been like, and the gruff, drunk sailer who finds it in his heart to help her. And finally, the climax of the story-I promise it won't disappoint! A wonderful and descriptive book, it will captivate readers of all ages! A great read-aloud book for parents with children around the age of ten.

I can't wait for this book to come out! I have loved all those that came before it, and I just know that this one is going to be the best one yet. I also realize that this is a pretty lame comment, but there isn't much to comment on, as this book hasn't come out yet.
