Devil You Know

Felix brand of exorcism is quite entertaining and it gets him into alot of trouble. He lives with his eccentric friend, Pen, and has a ghost who hijacked a body for an informant. This book kept me entertained. Felix dry sense of humor was right up my alley. I kept picturing him as John Thaw from the Inspector Morse series.

Sharp Teeth

I was surprised at the format of the book when I first opened the cover. It is presented in a form that resembles a lengthy poem but, reads like a tale. Barlow's use of language drew me in instantly. I eased into the flow and "Sharp Teeth" took me along for one sweet ride.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle We are all familiar with these words but, these authors claim that a better solution can be reached by envisioning new ways of manufacturing items. This book is an enjoyable read...and since the book is waterproof, it's also Portland Fall/Winterproof.
