About the Author
Thom has over 25 years of leadership, consulting and organizational development experience. He has a varied and interesting background that encompasses a wide variety of organizations and industries.
Prior to starting The Corrigan Company, LLC (TCG) he was the vice-president of technology at a fast-growing web-ware company that offers Mentoring software to Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies. Now through TCG Thom provides training to Fortune 500 Companies on how to create a mentoring culture and has a thriving real estate business with his spouse Sandy.
Previous to that he was the president of Pilgrimage/NavPress Training and has taught leadership and small group development nationally and internationally. He has trained through classes, seminars and conferences over 50,000 people to lead and become persons of influence. He is a published author of four books and numerous articles on leadership, team building and mentoring.
Thom Corrigan has been involved in entrepreneurial endeavors for 30 years. He has planted churches, started and run successful business, and consulted with hundreds of churches and spiritually based non-profits.
Thom is married to the love of his life, Sandra. They are adjusting to the empty-nest after raising the youngest of their four girls in Highlands Ranch, CO. Thom is an avid motorcyclist, reader and fancier of jazz and blues.
