This series of books is a wonderful place to start after reading your first go book. This book on the other hand is probably useless to many aspiring players. Joseki is a subject that should be left for later in a students training. And having only 38 Joseki examined is not really useful to anyone playing the game today. This is the only book in the series that I would rank less than 4.
