About the Author
Ron Carswell has over 20 years of computer experience with both small and large organizations. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University. He has received the A+, N+, CTT+, MCSA, MCSE and MCDST certifications. He is currently an Assistant Professor at San Antonio College, where he instructs in A+, N+, MCSA, and MCDST certification courses. He authored the MCDST Guide to Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on Microsoft Windows XP Operating Systems. He co-developed the Guide to Parallel Operating Systems with Heidi Webb and Terrill Freese.
